The City of Cat's Claw
Located in the Southern tip of Carrick, Cat’s Claw was one of the first cities established in Magical Ireland. It is settled along the shoreline of the Caradoc Ocean. It has a small city center, two ports, three formal neighborhoods and large sweeping expanses of farmlands, woodlands and fields. Sheep roam freely in and out of the city. Its roads are mostly dirt and cobblestone. The sounds of horse’s harness bells on the carriage taxi cabs are an ever present sound. Its population is about 46,000.

The Wild Side of Cat's Claw
The Padfoot forest surrounds the entire southern portion of the city. The Hoboken Mountains are located to the northwest of the city center and extend all the way to Whispers Academy. The shoreline runs along the entire eastern side of the city. Shattered Glass Lake is a huge lake that is wedged between the elite Merlin’s Way neighborhood and the farmlands.

Blavatskey Coven
This comprises the largest of the neighborhoods. There are small homes about the size of cottages as well as average size flats in homes that have been made into duplexes. There are very small family farms . The borders wrap around the westside of the city's center and extend back to the forest's edge. Homes nearer the forest are cheaper as people are afraid of what lurks there in the night.

Portside and Inner City
This is were the lower income folks live as well as some of the small shopkeepers. Flats are located over businesses and are generally of lower quality. Many live in near slum conditions on Brogan Street.

Newgrange
Newgrange is Magical Ireland’s oldest city despite the fact that Finton Hollow was the first established village. Newgrange is home to both state and federal government buildings. It is a city with a trolley car system, live theater as well as picture shows, upscale dining and other bigger city amenities. It is a half hour carriage ride from Cat’s Claw over the Cheeper’s Bridge to the west. It is a twenty minute ferry boat ride between the cities.
The House of Knowledge and Chatter is an old and extensive library that is a popular spot for those who like to talk magic and machines.

Tangled Paths
Tangled Paths is the biggest city in Southern Magical Ireland and with it comes both the good and bad. It is busy, crowded and driven by those with money. The rich live well, the poor live poor, scraping out an existence and hoping to find some path to an easier life. It is a lively city with a great trolley car system, the best clubs, shops, theaters, picture shows and dining to be had. Buildings are large and elaborate and the city is on the go both day and night. It is a thirty minute train ride or an hour and half by ferry. It is a very popular spot for the young folk to go, rich and poor alike.

This is the primary radio station in all of Ireland. It plays a variety of music and offers old time radio shows and up to the minute news and weather alerts. Most folks in Cat's Claw own at least one radio (of course these operate on magic and not electricity and radio waves)
